IB Examiner Recruitment Policy. Version 1.3 12/11/2015. 1. Document purpose. The purpose of this document is to specify the minimum requirements applicants must meet in order to be appointedas an IB examiner for either the Middle Years Programme (MYP) or Diploma Programme (DP).
